Convert between 40+ currencies at wholesale rates. The margin over mid-market is published, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

Payouts

Pay out across 30+ corridors

Pay suppliers and contractors in their own currency in 80+ countries, by SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, Fedwire or SWIFT GPI, depending on your plan. Send single or batch payouts from the dashboard or, depending on your plan, by API.

Payments

Multi-currency payment processing, by bank transfer

KwiikPay works as a multi-currency payment solution for bank transfers: money moves between bank accounts. It is not a card acquirer and does not offer card acceptance.

01

Receive

Customers pay into your named GBP, EUR or USD account by bank transfer: SEPA, Faster Payments or SWIFT.

02

Hold

Each balance stays in the currency it arrived in, so nothing is converted until you choose.

03

Convert

Convert at the live mid-market rate plus your plan's margin, with the exact amount shown before you confirm.

04

Pay out

Pay suppliers and contractors in their own currency across 30+ corridors, from the dashboard or, depending on your plan, by API.

Savings

Send Cross-Border Business Payments at Scale

Drag the slider to your monthly international payments volume. Compared against an assumed 3% bank FX spread — the mid-point of typical 2–4% bank margins. The KwiikPay figure is the cheapest plan for your volume: its monthly minimum or its FX margin, whichever is greater. Per-payment fees are left out on both sides, and your bank's actual rates may differ.

Questions

Multi-currency business account FAQs

A multi-currency business account lets a company hold, receive and pay out in more than one currency from one place, and convert only when it chooses.

Yes, UK companies are among those we onboard. We onboard companies incorporated in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Switzerland and Canada, where any authorisation their activity requires is current. Other countries are assessed individually, with no presumption of approval. Every account goes through KYB and screening first.

Request an account and tell us about your business, the currencies you use and your corridors. We reply within one business day with next steps. Before a business multi-currency account opens, the company goes through KYB and screening. Higher-risk profiles go through enhanced due diligence, which takes longer, so we do not promise an opening time. You can check eligibility in four questions before you apply.

No. KwiikPay is a payments company, not a bank, and it is not authorised by the FCA. It is a trading name of KWP Finance Limited, registered in Canada as a Payment Service Provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA), supervised by the Bank of Canada, and as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (C100000942). These are registrations, not licences. Banking and e-money services are provided by regulated partner institutions. Client funds are held in named accounts in your company's name, apart from KwiikPay's own money, and are not covered by deposit insurance.

Named accounts are available in GBP, EUR and USD, so you can run a dollar business account, a euro account and a sterling account side by side. You can convert and pay out in 40+ currencies, and payouts reach 30+ corridors and 80+ countries. Availability of individual currencies can depend on your business profile and use case, and is confirmed during onboarding.

Starter has no monthly minimum and no minimum balance. vIBANs cost £1.50 each on Starter; Growth includes 3 and Scale includes 10. On Starter you pay a 1.00% FX margin over mid-market on what you convert, up to £50K of FX a month, plus a flat fee per payment on the rail you use, for example €1 for SEPA Instant or £5 for Faster Payments. Growth and above add a monthly minimum and lower margins. Higher-risk businesses may carry a due-diligence fee, quoted before onboarding. The pricing page shows the full schedule.

A virtual IBAN is a routable IBAN that maps to a position on the issuer's ledger rather than to a standalone bank account. As a virtual IBAN provider, KwiikPay issues named virtual IBANs in GBP, EUR and USD, in your company's name, through regulated banking partners. Our virtual IBAN guide explains what to check before you rely on one.
