Complaints
KwiikPay aims to consistently provide high standards of service to its customers by keeping any faults or delays to a minimum. We operate a formal Complaints Procedure to properly receive, review and respond to every complaint submitted by our customers in a timely fashion.

Our complaints procedure
- Our Complaints Team will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days, starting from the day after the complaint is received.
- The Complaints Team will investigate your complaint and endeavour to send a final response as soon as reasonably possible.
- If a complaint requires further time to investigate or resolve, we will keep you updated via the contact details you provided.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and national bank holidays.
