Business Scope and Services
Kwiikpay provides over-the-counter (OTC) trading, enabling you to convert traditional fiat currencies, such as GBP and EUR, into cryptocurrency like USDT. Additionally, we allow you to send cryptoassets to your Kwiikpay wallet, where you can convert them back into GBP or EUR.
We strictly provide a trading service; we do not manage or invest your funds, nor do we offer profit guarantees.

Client Rights, Ownership, and Obligations
When you purchase cryptocurrency through Kwiikpay, you become the legal and beneficial owner of the assets.
It is your responsibility to understand the risks involved in holding cryptoassets.

Risk of Total Investment Loss
Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and can result in total loss. There is no guarantee that the value of your crypto assets will remain stable, and you should be prepared for the possibility of losing all invested funds.

Investment Complexity and Volatility
Cryptocurrency markets can experience rapid price fluctuations. Unlike many traditional investments, crypto assets can rise or fall in value quickly, making them complex and high-risk. Ensure you conduct thorough research and understand market volatility before investing.

Operational and Security Risks
Technical issues, security breaches, or losing access to your private keys could result in the permanent loss of your crypto assets. Kwiikpay cannot guarantee protection from cyberattacks or fraud, and there is no insurance to cover such losses.

Business Failure and Insolvency Risks
In the event that Kwiikpay faces business failure or insolvency, your crypto assets remain your property. However, you may lose access to the exchange services, and it may not be possible to trade your crypto assets on the platform.

Liquidity and Market Access Risks
The crypto market may experience periods of low liquidity, meaning you could have difficulty selling your assets instantly. Operational issues or outages could also impact your ability to buy or sell crypto.

Regulatory Oversight and Investor Protection
Cryptocurrency investments are not protected by government schemes such as the FSCS or FOS in the UK. Unlike bank deposits, there is no government guarantee for crypto investments, and you assume the risks of market fluctuations and potential losses.

Investment Comparison and Diversification
Cryptocurrencies are generally more volatile and higher risk than traditional assets. The FCA recommends that crypto assets should make up no more than 10% of your total net assets. You should avoid investing more than you can afford to lose.

Fraud Risks and Investment Recovery
If you lose cryptocurrency due to fraud, scams, or market downturns, it is typically non-recoverable. Kwiikpay and your bank cannot provide reimbursement for losses incurred through these risks. It is crucial to protect your login details, your wallet and private keys.
